Stage & Production Requirements

After four decades of live performances, we have refined our technical requirements to ensure optimal sound quality and visual presentation at every venue. The specifications below represent our standard rider for full-production shows. We understand that every venue is different, and we are happy to discuss modifications based on your specific capabilities.

Note for Promoters: Please review these specifications carefully and contact our production team at least 30 days before the event date to confirm arrangements and discuss any deviations from the standard rider.

Load-In & Sound Check Schedule

Efficient load-in and sound check scheduling ensures the best possible show. Our standard timeline is as follows:

Standard Schedule

  • Load-in: 4 hours before doors
  • Setup: 2.5 hours
  • Line Check: 30 minutes
  • Sound Check: 60 minutes
  • Dinner Break: 60 minutes
  • Doors Open: 60 minutes before show
  • Show Time: As contracted
  • Load-out: 90 minutes post-show

Crew Requirements

  • FOH Engineer: 1 (band supplied)
  • Monitor Engineer: 1 (band supplied)
  • Lighting Operator: 1 (venue or band supplied)
  • Stage Hands: 4 minimum (venue supplied)
  • Security: Per venue requirements
  • Runner: 1 (for last-minute needs)

Hospitality: Please provide a clean, private dressing room with comfortable seating, mirrors, adequate lighting, and climate control. Catering requirements and rider details are available upon request.
